GRAPE IDEAS is the culmination of a long search by a pair of diverse characters for a location and license to practice one of the things they love most in life: the quest for fine wines, spirits and beers and unusual, delicious exotic foods.

Our notion is to provide in one setting all the elements for a perfect evening of pleasuring the senses (well, almost all of them). We are engaged in a continuous effort to find wines of superb quality coupled with fair prices, an effort that is muddled at times by the oceans of mediocre swill that importers and wholesalers try to foist on us. By working closely with smaller, but dedicated companies we can actually find wines and other products from small producers from the world over. You’ll see examples of this popping up in other parts of this web site.

Our goal is a store with a perfect blend of wines, beers, spirits and foods, some common, most not, at prices fair and affordable and sold to you with knowledge, courtesy and a sense of humor. We have only just begun!
